Useless app. I've confirmed my login info in the store but when I enter it into the app it won't recognize it. If you're going to have an app it's a good idea if it actually works.
Trying the app...big mistake. Whats the point if it does not show your current points balance!!!
Tried to setup an account with given card from store. App won't let me create a account with card number. message says that my card number was transferred to another account.
The sign in process is broken. Password must be exactly 8 characters with exactly 1 number or it won't work. After finally figuring that out and spending 5 minutes figuring out how to enter my rewards card number in a way the system will accept, I get a message that my rewards card is already registered. That's a surprise, I've never used this app. So I ask for a password reset using the email Longos has on file, but there is no account. According to Longos, I simultaneously both have and don't have an account on this app. Apparently I am the Schrodinger's cat of grocery shoppers. Also, several prices don't match the price in store.
I am completely getting ripped off now. No points are added from purchases in weeks. Also, never any items to rate! There is definitely an issue and it's not being addressed. I rely on my points. Groceries are expensive at Longos and getting a bit of a break with points helps! Not very pleased. I love the store and the old app worked fine. Maybe the points issue is more than just with the app. Please fix!
