Ratings and reviews

Used to be a great app, but the switch to a subscription model was poorly implemented and the prices are beyond unreasonable. They say it's all to improve the quality of the app and support the cost of the AI features (the worst feature of the app, honestly), but even the "discounted" prices just come off greedy. I'm not sure where they'll find anyone stupid enough to pay for a subscription, especially when there are so many affordable and free options available. Good work alienating your users!

The idea is great, but I cringe when I see most of the outfit suggestions. I went to a lot of trouble to input detail on colors and patterns of my clothes, but the suggestions are horrible. So I've gone the next step to show options I don't want to see together, but it's never-ending. Unfortunately, I paid to add 300 items, which still doesn't cover my wardrobe. I see no benefit to this app, so I'll cancel. I'm sorry I went to all the effort to take 300 pictures and enter details for nothing.

This used to be my go to closet app until a big overhaul update made it basically unusable. I switched to a different app that is so much better, and I'm never going back. Response to below: I did not say anything about frustration with charges. The app is unusable, period. People shouldn't waste their time with this when there are much better options.
