Bought BlueBot when free data access was unlimited. Then it dropped to 90 days when they added paid plans, and now it's just 30 days — no grandfathering for early buyers. When I raised it with support, they didn't honor what I was sold; they just updated the website to reflect the smaller number. don't trust the "free data" terms to stay as advertised shady business practices.

Took a while for the Android app to catch up to IOS but now looks complete. I like the meter and it works well. I originally had this at 5 stars but now am reducing to 3 after the introduction of the new data plans. These did not exist when I bought the product and now I have lost functionality as a result of these new plans. That's just bad business. You should not penalize your early adopters like this!

was a great app. update took away set dates. can't put in specific dates to check water more accurately. my water doesn't read from 1st of the month to last. more like 3/9/26 to 4/7/26. need this fixed
