Look & Cook will help you diversify your diet with balanced and healthy meals and save you time. Plan your week and don't waste hours in the kitchen.

Look & Cook is more than a collection of original recipes from @look_whaticook food blogger. It is your assistant in planning your daily meals with step-by-step preparation of balanced meals according to BJU.
I believe that proper nutrition is not chicken with buckwheat, it is delicious and beautiful dishes from available products that anyone can prepare. I promise most recipes won't take you even 30 minutes.

When registering, the application will ask you to share your data: actual weight, height, date of birth, gender and physical activity level. After that, you will receive a calculation of the daily calorie intake, BJU and access to the full functionality of the application for free for 14 days.
To get access to the application on an ongoing basis, you just need to subscribe to a monthly subscription.

In the app you will find:
- Recipes balanced according to BZHU;
- Calorie calculated for one portion;
- Convenient search by topic or food intake;
- Regularly updated recipe database;
- Convenient calendar for planning the week;
- Recipes for allergy sufferers: gluten, lactose free;
