Loopapa keeps the daily running of your business in one place — who is on shift, what needs doing, and how your team does it.

Built for teams that work in shifts, Loopapa replaces the paper checklists, group chats and spreadsheets that operations usually run on. Restaurants and cafés were where it started; the same core works for retail floors, clinics, workshops, cleaning crews and any team where people show up, follow a routine and hand over to the next shift.

STAFF ATTENDANCE WITH LOCATION CHECK
Staff clock in and out from their own phone. Set your business location and a radius, and Loopapa confirms your team is actually on site before a shift is recorded. Managers see who is working right now, and hours are ready when you need them.

TASKS THAT ACTUALLY GET DONE
Assign work to a person or a role. Staff see what is theirs, mark it complete, and attach a photo as proof when the job needs evidence. Comments sit on the task itself, so the conversation stays with the work instead of disappearing into a group chat.

Create your own checklists step by step, with your own items, for the routines your business actually runs. Attach one to a task and the same sequence appears every time it is due, so nothing gets skipped and you can see exactly what was signed off.

Loopapa is modular. Turn on only what your business needs and leave the rest out of the way. HACCP food-safety logging is available for kitchens that record fridge and freezer temperatures, cleaning schedules and safety checks, with the record kept and exportable when an inspector asks.

What’s new

Ruuvi sensors now fill HACCP temperature tasks automatically, every fridge has a history chart and printable report, and an out-of-range temperature alerts the manager. Admins get Team Record with team hours and reports. The home dashboard is clearer: late tasks first, numbers that match the list, and earlier unfinished tasks behind one button. Deleted items are kept in an archive, and HACCP reports keep your records.
