Ratings and reviews

Not bad but has some issues. The message about "data passing thru other servers" is problematic from a security and safety perspective. The service gives very different results from just plain printing from Microsoft Word thru a Citizen BT printer (CMP-30). The printer is about as generic as it can possibly get. The results vary widely from print to print. Time it takes to print also varies widely. We also had the printer spew out huge amounts of garbled text for the same document. It would work one time and spew garble the next. Not useable for my team until it gets a bit more reliable and consistent. App design is very good. We'd really like to use THIS app in production but cannot until it is firmed up a bit.

I have installed this application on two different devices, because I have 2 thermal printers, but on one of the printers it doesn't work well, it always stops in the middle, even though I have tested the print, when I print the expedition label it runs smoothly, but my needs not for expedition labels. is there a solution?

it works well when it works well. sometimes the receipt is being printed along with the test page of "hello printer" please fix and or advice. it also bugs out after printing 1 receipt from odoo.
