About this app

Looptrex is a privacy-first property notification app designed to help sellers stay informed after a buyer has submitted an offer through the appropriate real estate channel.

Looptrex is free during our introductory launch period. Pricing may be introduced in a future app update.

Sellers create a unique Looptrex Property Code for their property. After submitting an offer through the appropriate real estate channel, a buyer can enter that code in the Looptrex app and send the seller a private ping.

The seller then receives a notification connected to that property code—without publicly sharing personal contact information with the buyer.

HOW LOOPTREX WORKS

For Sellers

Create a unique Looptrex Property Code and share it where potential buyers can find it. When a buyer sends a ping after submitting an offer through the appropriate real estate channel, you receive a private notification so you can follow up with your listing team or review your activity.

For Buyers

After submitting an offer through the appropriate real estate channel, enter the seller’s Looptrex Property Code and send a private ping. This gives the seller an additional heads-up without requiring direct access to the seller’s personal contact information.

PRIVACY-FIRST COMMUNICATION

Looptrex is designed to support private communication between buyers and sellers. Buyers do not need the seller’s personal phone number to send a ping, and sellers do not need to make their contact information publicly available.
