About this app

Find. Access. Relief.

Looques is the UK's toilet access platform, making it easier than ever to find, prepay and access clean participating toilets, bathrooms and restrooms.

Whether you're travelling, shopping, commuting, working, attending an event or exploring a new city, Looques helps you quickly locate nearby participating toilets whenever you need them.

Search participating hotels, cafés, restaurants, pubs, shops, petrol stations and other venues offering toilet access. Compare facilities before you visit, including accessibility, baby changing facilities, opening hours and other useful information.

Prepay securely through the app and receive your Looques Pass for fast and convenient access where QR verification or digital validation is available.

Manage everything in one place, including your Looques Passes, Past Visits and Saved Venues, making future visits even easier.

Need help? Access Sophie, FAQs and customer support directly within the app.

Businesses can join Looques as Hosts and earn additional income from their existing toilet facilities through Guest prepayments.

You can also become a Looques Ambassador by introducing suitable venues to the platform and earning rewards for successful referrals.

Looques is designed to make toilet, bathroom and restroom access simple, convenient, secure and reliable.
