About this app

Fleet Management helps authorised staff manage company vehicles and daily vehicle operations in one place.

Use the app to:
• View company vehicle details and availability
• Scan vehicle QR codes for fast identification
• Start and end vehicle usage and trips
• Record fuel logs and odometer readings
• Submit vehicle issues, inspections and maintenance information
• Review vehicle usage and trip records

Location during active trips

When a user starts a vehicle trip, Fleet Management uses location to record route points, distance and trip timing. Tracking can continue while the app is minimised so the active trip record remains accurate. A persistent notification is displayed while tracking is active, and tracking stops when the user ends the trip.

Fleet Management is intended for authorised users of organisations using the Fleet Management system. Sign-in credentials are required.
