Ratings and reviews

Most completed story movies are completed with the wrong content. The stories are good until you get to the end of the first part and the completion is added. There are at least 9 stories where the completion content is for another story. I have sent several feedback notices through the app over the past week to 10 days; however, I have not heard anything from the app people. The app also just charged my account for the next week, but I can't access it.

I was charged for a subscription that I had no recollection of and when I tried to reach out to customer service they have not answered my emails or on the app. I love to read but paying 49.99 for a subscription that I have no idea all that it includes is ridiculous. Like when I saw the charge in my bank records I immediately went to the app and had to re-login because that is how long it has been since being on the app. 99.9% do not recommend....

no the app has great story lines similar to other apps only issue is there's no way to cancel subscription they continuously Bill me and I have been trying to cancel for over a month so don't get it if you can't cancel it, to get my money back for the weeks that I have been trying to cancel my subscription on top of that I can't find it in my Google Play or on my Facebook subscriptions the other issue if the payment doesn't go through once two or three more times during the week owe me $60
