About this app

RTU Control is the official Lorens QP app for configuring and controlling your RTU devices: 6-channel remote relay units designed to automate electrical loads based on AC power availability, a programmed schedule, or direct manual control from your phone.

HASSLE-FREE SETUP
The first time you turn on your RTU, the app connects to it via Bluetooth for setup—no need to change your phone's Wi-Fi network or remember temporary passwords. Simply select your Wi-Fi network from a list detected by the device, confirm, and you're all set.

6 INDEPENDENT CHANNEL CONTROL
Each channel can be configured separately:
- AC ON — activates when power is available
- AC OFF — activates when power is lost
- Always — remains on regardless of the power supply
- Physical or virtual potentiometer — adjusts the timeout before switching, either with the knob on the device or by dragging the ring directly in the app

SCHEDULING
In addition to power-based control, you can schedule each channel to operate only on certain days of the week and within a specific time window — ideal for automating routines without manual intervention.

BUILT-IN SECURITY
All significant changes (channel mode, times, schedules, device settings) require confirmation of your access PIN before being applied, protecting you from accidental changes. The PIN also protects Bluetooth pairing and sensitive functions such as changing the Wi-Fi network, changing the PIN, resetting channels to factory settings, or deleting the device.

REAL-TIME MONITORING
View the AC power status, the device's Wi-Fi signal, the synchronized time, and the status of each channel (on, off, pending switching) from a single screen, with automatic updates.

ALL LOCAL, NO CLOUD
RTU Control communicates directly with your device via your local Wi-Fi network and Bluetooth. No account is required, it doesn't depend on external servers, and your configuration data never leaves your network.
