I've had these cameras for a few years and I've only kept them due to cost constraints. The system I have at my house is a 1080p wireless system. The battery life is fine, but they discontinued the batteries. The detection system is terrible. It will either tell you there's something there constantly from nothing being there, or it won't even pick up someone walking out the door, in the driveway, etc. The app is also terrible and takes forever to load a live feed if it loads anything at all.

My issue is not with the cameras themselves. They work exactly as they are supposed too. The issue is with this app that I was told back 7 yrs ago had bugs but they were being worked out. Well they havent been but I know a simple solution to atleast make the app work for Android. Write code that clears the cache every time you close the app. If I have problems bringing up the camera or looking at a notification I just clear the cache. Works great afterwards. So Lorex, here is your answer.

The app works less than 75% of the time. It takes forever for the cameras to load if they load at all. Have the settings set for person detection, yet they pick up everything. Paid a pretty penny for lifetime support, and that was a waste of money. Will never buy these again. Battery life sucks on them. I'm very disappointed with them. They definitely were not worth what they cost.
