About this app

Lorma Staff is the operations companion for restaurants running on the Lorma platform. Built for restaurant owners, managers, and staff, it puts every paid order on a single screen the moment payment confirms — with real-time delivery, automatic receipt printing, and the tools your team needs to run service.

KEY FEATURES

• order feed — paid orders appear within seconds via real-time delivery and cloud push, with an in-app banner and lock-screen notification so nothing is missed.
• Order receipt printing — connect an ESC/POS-compatible thermal printer over your local network and orders print automatically the moment they are confirmed. Manual reprint is available on every order detail screen.
• Order management — update order status (confirmed, preparing, ready, out for delivery, completed), issue full or partial refunds, and view payment and dispute history.
• Reservations — view by date, change reservation status, see linked orders and special requests.
• Catering — review catering inquiries, confirm or update status, view linked orders and event details.
• Menu management — add, edit, and reorder categories, menu items, and modifier groups. Upload item photos from your phone’s camera or gallery.
• Customer directory — search customers by name, email, or phone; view lifetime stats and rewards balance.
• Multi-business support — if you work at more than one Lorma-powered restaurant, switch between them from the profile screen.

INVITATION-ONLY ACCESS

Lorma Staff is not a public sign-up app. You can only sign in if a Lorma business owner or manager has invited your email address. If you have not received an invitation, please ask your manager to add you, or contact the business directly.

PERMISSIONS WE USE

• Camera — used only when you choose to take a new product photo for a menu item. Optional. You can also pick an existing photo from your library.
• Photos / media — used only when you choose an existing image for a menu item.
• Notifications — used to alert you about new paid orders, order status changes, refunds, reservations, and catering inquiries from the businesses where you are a staff member.
• Network access — used to communicate with our servers and with your local receipt printer (when configured).

YOUR DATA AND ACCOUNT CONTROL

• You can request for permanent deletion of your account at any time. Open the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap “Delete account.” Your sign-in credentials, profile information, staff memberships, notification preferences, and push-notification tokens are removed.
• Operational records of order actions you took (status changes, refunds, print events) are retained with your identity reference removed, as required for restaurant tax and audit compliance.
• If you cannot reach the in-app flow, request deletion at https://uselorma.com/delete-staff-account or email [e-mail]. Requests are processed within 30 days.
