galaxy note 9 os doesnt work with this

Normally it's been fine. Now there's a glitch. Whenever I take a picture of a check, the picture zooms in and gets blurry making mobile check deposit impossible. Camera works fine outside the app.

I switched from Huntington to Lormet N it's been a horrible experience so far, when you try to deposit a check you have to wait a week for them to verify that it's a real check N when ever you try to access the mobile app it's ALWAYS down for maintenance which is irritating asf when your tryna move money from one account to another to buy stuff
