About this app

LOSEtheLine is a mobile application to eliminate the need for Physical Line ups at public places like Grocery Stores, Hospitals etc. It creates a virtual queue where customers can wait for their turn at a safe and convenient distance, away from the crowd. Given the fact that we have to maintain distance socially from now on, Lose The Line App can help increase sales of your business. It provides an easier, convenient and stress-free way to customers to enter your place of business. It's a convenient and safe method for your customers to wait a while.

After a customer has installed and launched the Lose The Line app, they can search for the service or business, they have been looking for. After selecting the business, the users will select a location. If the selected location's proximity is greater than the allowed distance, they will not be able to get a ticket. Allowed location distance is a configurable setting. When the user selects a permitted location, they will then select the Queue, number of people and then instantly receive a ticket number and their position in the queue. User will also receive a notification on their device verifying that they have been placed in the queue.
