About this app

Atlas is a mobile application for real estate appraisers working in the field. It simplifies the process from arriving at the location, through collecting photo documentation, to submitting the report and estimate.

KEY FUNCTIONALITIES

• Overview of assigned cases — insight into upcoming orders, client contact information and property locations.
• On-site inspections with GPS verification — automatic recording of time, location and duration of the field visit.
• Photo documentation — geo-tagged photos, organized by property and category.
• Document upload — energy certificates, title deeds, contracts and other supporting documentation.
• Offline synchronization — work without an internet connection in the field; automatic synchronization when returning to coverage.
• Push notifications — timely information about new orders, deadlines and case statuses.
• Secure authentication — corporate login with role management (appraiser, coordinator, controller, manager).

WHO IS THE APPLICATION FOR?

Atlas is an internal business tool intended for registered appraisers, coordinators, controllers and heads of appraisal offices. Access requires a corporate account — there is no public registration.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

All photos and documents are sent via encrypted channels to private business systems. Location data is used exclusively for verification of the investigation and is not shared with third parties.
