If you are using a car or a truck, having a GPS tracking solution of LOSTnFOUND® installed, this app provides you very efficient management of processing orders and route management. Furthermore it allows you to communicate with the driver by text messages, regardless of the SMS service of any telecommunication provider.
By using the LOSTnFOUND® web platform, an operator may send missions or messages to a user currently driving a specific car, if the driver has logged in to the app before.
If an order is accepted by the driver, the navigation software starts calculating a route to the destination. When the driver reaches its destination, this is reported back to the operator.
At the destination, the driver can store details about his work progress or take notes for later invoice processes. In a work report he can add texts, photos, amounts, signatures of customers or even bar codes (supported formats are EAN-13/UPC-A, UPC-E, EAN-8, Code 128, Code 93, Code 39, Codabar, Interleaved 2 of 5, QR Code and DataBar) and then submit it to the operator. The operator can easily take a look at the work report on the web portal and export any data from it for further processing.
