LOTSHARE is the parking space sharing platform for residential complexes and underground car parks. Residents can flexibly share their unused spaces within their own building with other residents or their visitors — simple, secure and fully digital.

In many residential complexes with an underground car park, the same picture appears every day: some spaces sit empty during work hours, on weekends or during holidays, while other residents are desperately looking for a parking spot for their visitors. Visitor parking spaces are chronically scarce, often misused and a constant source of conflict in the building.

Residents make their unused spaces available to other residents of the same building — who can book them for themselves or for their visitors. Everything digital, with clear time slots, secure payment and no paper notes on windscreens.
