[What is a Lotte Mobile Gift Certificate?]

This gift certificate can be safely stored on your phone, used online or offline, without a wallet, and can be exchanged for paper gift certificates. Any remaining balance after partial use is accumulated on your phone number and can be reused at any time.

● Easy Barcode Retrieval

You can instantly view the single-use barcode required for offline in-store purchases and paper gift certificate exchanges within the app. Eliminate the hassle of ARS calls and text messages.

● Registering a Gift Certificate

You can exchange gift certificates purchased or received as gifts from Kakao, Naver, SK Telecom, KT, LGU+, SK Broadband, and other mobile carriers for Lotte Mobile Gift Certificates, which can be used online or offline. If you have a photo of the gift certificate, you can upload the image and auto-fill for even greater convenience.

● Gifting a Gift Certificate

You can gift a gift certificate using just your mobile phone number. You can gift to up to 10 people at a time. If you only want to receive the gift, you can decline the gift within two weeks.

● Check Balance and Request a Refund

You can check the total balance of your stored gift certificates and the remaining balance for each gift certificate. If there's a balance remaining after use, you can easily request a refund by checking the actual refund amount.

● Optional Access Permissions

- Address Book: Sends gifts.

- Storage (Photos): Automatically inserts barcodes into images.
※ Access to photos and videos is no longer required for the Mobile Gift Certificate app (v1.30.n) running on Android 13 or later.

- Notifications: Provides information such as expiration dates and usage history.

※ Optional access permissions require consent to use related features. If you decline these permissions, you can still use the service.

※ Support for versions older than 4.4 will be discontinued. Customers using this version of the app can use it after a software update.
