I called with a Korean coteacher and we sorted out all the problems. It was very long and difficult but the Lpoint representative was so professional and amazing. It's better to sign up through the Korean site not foreigner page if you have a name with three parts. And make sure they have your address and all information exactly correct. Nothing can be different even a little bit. Everything's okay now. Thank you.

As a foreign guest at the Signiel at Lotte World Tower, I was advised to sign up for L.Point. After two days of trying to sign up including calling and waiting over 30 mins and visiting the 11th floor of Lotte dept store, still no success. If you don't have a Korean mobile number, they don't seem to value you as a customer.

I opted to login with my Naver account. I verified my identity with my phone number associated with my naver account. But then it asks me to set up an ID and a password. Huh? Then why do you give me an option to log in with Naver? After setting up an id and pswd. It asks me to login. At which point it asks me to verify my id with my phone # AGAIN! It stopped moving forward at that point. It didn't recognize my number and name. I'm giving up. Lotte. 정말 롯데스럽다.허접. Go figure.
