About this app

This is a mobile application for AS management for Lotte Construction apartment residents provided by Lotte Construction Co., Ltd. You can easily receive AS requests occurring after moving in and new house outing events 24 hours a day by taking photos. You can also check the processing process for received AS at a glance.

[Access Rights Guide]

1. Essential access rights:
- Camera: Permission to attach real-time photos taken with the camera for AS requests
- Photos and videos: Only use photos when attaching images registered in the gallery

2. Optional access rights: Not used

* If you do not allow essential access rights, you cannot apply for AS when using the Castle Mobile app. (Only notices and status checks are possible)

* To withdraw consent for optional rights for versions lower than Android 6.0, you must delete and reinstall.
