About this app

Focus helps you get a few things done each day, without the anxiety of the day getting away from you. Set a few goals each morning, and set an alarm for each one. The can't-miss ones ring a full-screen alarm that takes over the lock screen like an alarm clock until you respond; everything else is a gentle nudge.

Highlights
• Critical goals ring a full-screen alarm over the lock screen until you respond; the rest only nudge
• Alarms get more urgent as a deadline nears
• Set a few goals to start, not a daunting to-do list
• Pick each reminder's sound, vibration, and urgency
• Answer hands-free out loud: "on it", "done", "snooze"
• Optional calendar integration to plan around your scheduled events
• Travel and prep reminders so you know when to leave
• Reorder and reshape the day anytime
• A calm end-of-day reflection: no streaks, no scores
• Runs entirely on your phone

Mornings - Set up to three goals to start, more as you need them. Your calendar feeds into the schedule so you can plan around the day's events. Not needing any assistance? Take a rest day and Focus stays quiet.

The right reminder at the right time - You choose the timing and type of each reminder: a full-screen alarm for the ones you can't miss, or a gentle notification for a low-focus task. As a deadline closes in, Focus gets more insistent. Ease off when you're flowing, turn it up when you're scattered, and pause or silence everything when you need real quiet. You can trust Focus to sound the alarm when it counts, so you can stop holding the whole day in your head.

An alarm for what you can't miss - Mark a goal critical and its reminder becomes a full-screen alarm. Hands full when it fires? Answer out loud: "on it", "done", or "snooze".

Alongside your calendar - Focus can optionally read your events to shape the day, add travel and prep time, and fit in breaks so you actually take them. The rush to get out the door eases when something is tracking the clock for you.

Calling it a day - Look back at what you got done. Days often pass in a blur, but Focus helps you remember. Tomorrow starts fresh and nothing piles up.

Private by design - No account, no cloud, no internet permission. Your goals, notes, and calendar never leave your phone.
Alarms that fit your day: a nudge, or a full-screen alarm when it's critical.

What’s new

- Overlapping events keep a consistent order, and the editor always starts on a control that responds
- Travel time you've reduced to zero can be given back without undoing your other fixes
- An event with both a drop-off and a pick-up now keeps the fix you made to each
