Ratings and reviews

Fun and easy to use! Two things I would like to see for the next version. Tabs for the different sports in Sale Items. The lists sometimes extends to 400+ items. So breaking them up would make things easier to find and speed up purchases. Also a darkened or greyed out transport icon for when your package is delivered, so the user can see which deliveries are still active in their Orders.

Terrible app. Only has like 5-10 livestreamers at a time, and if you collect TCGs like me, GOOD LUCK!!! I did the PSA subscription so I currently have $60 just sitting in the app that I can't do anything with. Only certain items let you use the PSA sub money, and most don't even let you use the full $20 per item. What's the point of me getting $5 off a $30 item if: 1). I can't use the full $20 2). I have to pay $10 more for shipping and fees? Terrible app and rewards/subscription process.

I had Loupe credits through PSA. My credits were delayed because of a bug on PSA's end. However, Loupe also changed the conditions of the credits to limit them to a $20 discount with a minimum purchase of $50. This change was made after I should have had credits to begin with. This condition is so limiting that it's a waste. Plus, there are only a few active shops on the platform, all overpriced, with even fewer covering TCG. Deceptive incentive for a PSA membership. Terrible selection on Loupe.
