I feel like with as much as they charge for their products they could at least make it accessible. I can't sign in to either app but have no issue logging into vibemate...which uses my lovense log in info. I'm extremely irritated by the fact I can't log in and can't connect to my man and have been able since the night I bought it and he was right next to me. it would be great if it would actually work!

I love my Ferri, but it got one star knocked off because of connectivity issues. Anyone remember messing with rabbit ears on a TV? Yeah, that is essentially what I have to do with my legs, even with the phone right next to me. The connection is always dropping. Also, wish the battery life was longer. And, as a suggestion, add a feature that allows you to look at an entire pattern without playing. To help with finding patterns one likes.

constantly disconnecting, rejecting any pairing with bluetooth, just not working at all. spend 200 e on a toy which can't be used. recommend anything else ! Edit : We already tried everything listed in the response, even contacted support but never got a response besides the same boilerplate advice they gave here
