Ratings and reviews

Sounds good. The app and pairing tech is horrific. I'm constantly having to completely tare apart a large section of my couch to gain physical access to the sub to fully reset the system so the app works. Seriously? Not one engineer thought "gee, we should put the sub in a storage base instead of a standard base so you can access it without having to tare apart half the couch apart to flip over a section for access. I'll be returning it all.

The soundtech inside our couch is great. We love the functionality of the in-couch speakers. Unfortunately, the remote that comes with the speaker system lacks the ability to customize sound settings, leaving you to the preset options which leave something to be desired. The app is the only way to truly dial in your experience. The problem is that the app doesn't stay connected to the system. When it works, it's fine, but it rarely works without a fight, and it always requires reconnection.

I've had this for under a year and worked very well with amazing sound originally. The app is crucial for adjusting sound settings. One time shortly after purchase the app wouldn't connect, or even see the system to reconnect it. Power cycling the soundbar fixed that time. However, for the last several months now, it won't connect with reinstalling app or restarting phone. Very inconvenient for the cost of this system!
