Good day, Like many others I installed this app soon after it came out -I'm a huge fan of the Lovevery Play Kits- unfortunately it keeps crashing as soon as I opened it. I understand it recently underwent an update to fix the crashing issue, I just uninstalled and reinstalled, yet still can't access the app. Hoping the next fix will do the trick. Thank you! Update 09/23/2025: Thanks for your dedication to fixing and updating the app. It's working great now and I am excited to start using it!

Sign-in bug now fixed, thanks. however, still unimpressed by CS providing lazy AI responses that suggest fixes that don't actually exist (before the bug was fixed, they told me to select the 'keep me signed in' checkbox, but there isn't one)

Updated 12th August and it keeps crashing. I can't even log in. I've emailed for help and I've been left on read. Their products are expensive and the app would be great - if it worked.
