Good concept but never works as claimed. Always having problems starting up the machine and makes machine's function going off at unpleasant times or right after it starts. Communication with machine never consistent. Gave up on using this after trying it for 2 months.

This is fraud to feature this app in all the advertising. As far as I can tell, no one uses it. Never gets past the first screen. There is no help available at all. It took 2 days to get someone to return my call and they just said that they know nothing about the app.

Horrible experience with over 20 calls back and forth to simply have them make 1 appointment to uninstall my device. 2 weeks and they have still not taken care of this. If you call this place and ask for any help they will call you back 24hra later or longer. If my appointment is not made this week I will cut this device out and save all for court documentation!!!
