Why isn't anyone capable of actually testing their software before releasing it? So you set up your account, and it gives you a code to present at your local store to activate it. So you go to do that, but the app has exited since you last used it. So now when you open it, it shows the login page and no code. Logging in errors out saying, "account not active". You can't reregister because the account exists... I feel like I'm taking crazy pills. Didn't anyone do even a modicum of testing?!

Cannot register or sign in through the app on android. I get an error message "could not process the request. Please close the VIP app and try again" when attempting to log in. When i try to register there seems to be options missing to navigate through the page. My girlfriend tried on her phone and could not proceed to the next page after registering on her IOS. There was no next button or anything. This app sucks.

Have deleted and reinstalled app several times. Updates kicks you out and you have reset password. But you can't reset password. Try to reenter info and it tells you email already in use! Yes! by me! If you enter info it won't let you go to next page, And you have no idea why! Whoever designed this app should be fired. A truly terrible app. Very frustrating to use. It makes nonsense..All this $ on advertising and they make it a huge pain to buy from them.
