Past month, the app either refuses to load my pro info (including barcode) or even login. But the flyers load.... eventually.... And yes, I went through the, "have you tried....[insert generic list of fixes that don't fix the backend here]." no, I will not call or email the person who will tell me to clear the cache, uninstall/reinstall, and all that magic.

since the update from the VIP program this app has been pathetic. It shows none of my purchases, rarely opens when I try to use it at the store. The response I received, at the store, was "we don't need it, we can just use your phone number". That's fine except I want to view my purchase history, especially when I am returning items. Very frustrating.

despite having a valid account details, won't log in or logs in but won't display details other than the flyer. Fortunately, the cashier can use member's phone number.
