The Low T Center app gives you control of your care.

With the Mobile app you can:
- Access your next appointment information
- Check-in and bypass the front desk
- Update your Health Survey upon check-in
- Register your wearable device to automatically update your provider with At-Home measurements for (i.e. blood pressure, steps, calories etc)

Ratings and reviews

Has improved a little over the years but it's still annoying. Particularly making payments. It doesn't have the ability to save my payment method and the devs chose to block pasting your credit card number so I can't even copy/paste from my password manager. I'm usually getting ready for bed when I do my shot and I wind up going to look for my wallet. Not the end of the world but really annoying. Seems like an intentional choice to piss off the end user. At least logging in works reliably now.

App makes you verify every selection made. YES, I want to choose the option that I selected, thanks! It also can get out of sync with the medication to where the new shipments do not arrive in time for your next cycle and you miss several days of medication. The interface is also not designed as a new app interface. Makes me feel like I'm working on an app from the early 2000s.

The app is straightforward but has a lot of bugs. The log in process is so slow that it can't keep up with normal typing speed and counts the password is wrong unless you type each letter and wait for it to catch up for passwords. It is no longer showing me my order history and did not tell me that I needed live work so my refills delayed.
