Bias Bot exists to help readers stay in charge of their own opinions. Too often, news reporting slips from presenting facts into subtle persuasion, through framing, selective emphasis, or loaded language that nudges you toward a conclusion. Journalism should inform - interpretation should belong to the reader. Bias Bot uses AI to scan articles for signs of political framing and opinionated or emotionally loaded wording, then gives you a clear bias signal plus a short explanation of what it found. The goal isn’t to tell you what to believe - it’s to make the invisible persuasion tactics visible, so you can read more critically, seek out neutral sources when you want, and stay aware when you’re consuming commentary disguised as news.
