After recent update I wasn't able to login into app. Resetting password didn't work either, I never received confirmation mail. After reinstalling the app and creating new account with the same email and password (!?) all of my previous purchases, discounts and points were lost. Useless app!

Many problems popping up constantly. First it wouldn't let me log in. It won't let me redeem rewards, saying location not found even though I have it turned on and the correct store selected. Now I don't even have a barcode to scan. Very unreliable and chaotic.

After some weeks from the moment of installation, the barcode disappeared. Simply disappeared. Nothing helps. I uninstalled and installed again, logged out, and logged in. Nothing!! And no support! Awful service. I hope someone from the company will read my review and take measures to solve it.
