My local vape shop uses this loyalty program and it's FANTASTIC!! In less than 6 months I earned over $75 in free merch from the store and probably close to $200 in money off/free merch since signing up as a member!! Not sure about other locations and how they reward members but my vape shop is phenomenal with this app!!

Smokers Choice says they will not do returns or exchanges or refunds on anything once you leave the store with whatever you buy. This is the most ridiculous store policy that I've ever seen. So when 1 of their employees hung up a severely dried up bag of tobacco to sell and then sold it to me. And I didn't know the tobacco was dried out so bad until I got home and tried to roll a cigarette. I tried to take the bag right back to the store but I was told they WILL NOT do refund or even exchanges.

Haven't been able to use app. The cashier at store who set up the account did something wrong and I can't access my account unknown email address used. Sure wasn't my email address
