Apps bad logs you out then can't log it says to try again takes ages if at all, (thing is the details are saved so it's shouldn't even be a problem), poor app especially when you need to use the app as your needing to use it at the place there and then! . It happens very often infact I'm done with using the app. Lost out so many reward through not being able to log in. Waste of time

This app worked perfectly okay several years ago, when KK first brought out their very first app. Then KK changed their software and the format and ever since then, this app is appalling!! I have lost thousands of loyalty points and KK were not bothered at all, I had lost them all. It's a shame, because of what's happened, KK have now lost me as a customer. Signing in is like trying to access Fort Knox, not a fast food company app. My loyalty is now with KK's main rival.

Decided to try the app again and it's still rubbish. After having to re-register for the account, despite still getting emails from them, it says the app needs updating. I go to Google Playstore and guess what. No updates showing. Trying to uninstall and reinstall again. Whether it will work or not is another matter.
