One of the worst apps I've ever used. It's more "secure" than my banking app. After locking me out over year ago I was unable to sign in for 6months. After allowing me to reset my password it hardly ever logged in now it's blocked again. Was hoping a update might fix it but apparently it's up to date. Useless.

A mid app. I have to log in every time I open it and any coupons or deals don't apply to outlets/retailers (such as Tesco or ASDA) and I can't easily get to my local store. Haven't tried delivery, and many of the food delivery apps won't deliver to my home. Disappointing.

I struggle to remember the last time it actually worked instore. You can still earn the smiles when it eventually decides to work, but i almost lost them last year as the app never worked to redeem them over a period of months. Id be less bothered if the website offered an option but that too is problematic. The main issue seems to be that the app doesnt recognise your password, and even you change it, it still wont load. Frustrating.
