Congratulations, you made a terrible app even worse! Now when I log in it doesn't even show any of my account details and all the links are broken. I'm genuinely impressed. *Edit* Another update has been pushed about a day later...and still nothing works. This is getting hilarious. *Edit 2* They seem to have fixed the broken links *and* it no longer seems to log you out after about an hour, so it's time for a cautious rating upgrade.

The app is terrible, should never have updated the old one...at least it worked. I can never see my barcode due to an error and I cannot see my rewards as an error message shows up saying "consumer cannot access self". How do you redeem rewards? Also, lost all my rewards I had on previous app. Even though I received an email to say they would all be carried over.

This is thee most useless loyalty app on my phone. I can't view my wallet for a few weeks now if not months. There's ALWAYS an error. Editing to add, that now in 2023, this app is still so problematic. It keeps logging me out every single time. Why can't it just stay signed in? Whenever I go in-store to pay, I have to wait like a fool by the till for the app to login, and it takes forever to do so because network is so bad over there, and it takes forever to connect to the WiFi.
