About this game

You are the newly installed Prime Minister of a country that is not any real
country. Every month a document lands in the ministerial red box describing a
situation that has already gone wrong. You have seconds to choose one of two
responses.

Four meters move in reply: Cabinet, Backbenchers, Press, Public. Let any of them
reach zero and you are removed. Let one adore you too much for too long and you
will find that is also a way to lose. Survive four years and you face a general
election, at which point somebody else decides.

There is no right answer. Every response costs something, to somebody, and the
brief will not tell you which. Your portrait joins a corridor of predecessors,
each with a name, a number of months, and a cause of departure.

- Around 130 hand-written crises in the register of a civil service briefing
note that has lost control of events but not its grammar
- Five multi-part storylines: a public inquiry, an ambitious deputy, a reservoir,
a leaked memorandum, and a resignation honours list
- A daily box — the same four crises for every player, one attempt, no retries
- Pick your likeness from a rogues' gallery of profiles; it follows you to the corridor
- A run takes three to six minutes
- Plays entirely offline
- Vote of no confidence, cabinet reshuffle, by-election, boundary review,
select committee, statutory instrument. A political simulator for people who
read the footnotes.

One optional purchase doubles the time on every question, adds impact previews
so you can see which factions each answer moves before you commit, grants six
further likenesses, and removes advertisements. It is a single payment. There is no subscription and nothing is
consumable.

All parties, politicians, departments, newspapers and events in this game are
fictional. Any resemblance to real persons, parties or events is not intended.
A red box, a document, two bad answers and a timer. Survive the arithmetic.
