my app told me if I bought two more hunks of pizza I'd get one for free but I put my number in and the cashier with a. stinky attitude charged me for all three and didn't let me get my free piece and the app didn't even recognize that I made the purchase and give me my rewards, I am very upset, and displeased with Keith's about this because I love Keith's but sometimes you guys should pick better workers and idk what's wrong with your rewards thing but it needs to be fixed

Well, I was asked over and over if I had the app, I'm a faithful Keith's customer. Even have some Kitrells in my family. Finally downloaded the app, entered in my information and the first time I tried to use it (Petal on Main St.) I was told I was entering the wrong number. Come to find out they thought I was trying to use a "Marathon Gas" reward number. They kept saying, "In it to win it." Or something along those lines. I didn't know there were multiple rewards. Why would you promote that?

If you are having problems with the app crashing or immediately closing out. Uninstall the app and re-download it and sign in. It fixed mine. Just thought I'd put this here for everyone else looking for help.
