At Balance, we let the ingredients do the talking. Our number one goal is customer satisfaction and transparency, and that starts with where and how we prepare our food with whole form ingredients. Every Balance meal is made with care and love. We don’t over season our proteins or starches, and only briefly steam our vegetables offering you a taste of those natural flavors and textures. Even our Signature Sauces are prepped directly in our restaurants, so you know they’re fresh and locally prepared. Best of all, we started growing our own produce—including microgreens, kale, and living basil—in an indoor aquaponics farming facility, adjacently located next to our flagship store in Downtown Toledo. Ratings and reviews

I would've put it at 5 stars if they didn't change the look of the app. The white was much better looking (in my opinion) and I would change this to a 5* review if we could switch between a black and white mode. Also loved the colorfulness of the original app. The app icon is what it is now, but the colorful one was more aesthetically pleasing to me. I will say, though, the app interface is incredibly simple to navigate, and I don't think I've ever had an issue ordering with the app.

Every update seems to bring more bugs then fixes. For how good the food is and how long the app has been.. less then great.. I can't understand why it hasn't been majorly overhauled or just scrapped in favor of toast, square, union webservices, etc that have interfaces that consistently work.

Unable to change method of payment once selected. The poor interface has too many requirements to just place an order. Try to make it more simple instead of sign-in. It should take less then 3 mins to place an order on the mobile app. It took me over 15 mins just to get it set up.
