The app is fine and I like Coffee Hound, but the rewards take way too long to earn. A latte costs 600 points, and the usual transaction only seems to earn around 20 points. That's 30 visits to get a free drink; I think it would be more reasonable to earn a free drink every 10 visits.

Very easy to use app. If they don't have something that you would like to order it's either not listed or they will call you for a substitute. Very good customer service. I would definitely recommend.

App won't add a credit card, so you can't complete a transaction. What's the point of the app if it won't let me order? Less than 1 star. This app has been broken for months!
