The app is clunky at best but also extremely intrusive. Great combination. Unfortunately it's not integrated with the systems at the store so after placing the order and driving 30 minutes to pick it up I found out no one had done anything with it because they didn't know about it. They then manually found the order from the app and told me it would be another 20 minutes until they could get the food ready. Terrible terrible terrible execution. no excuse when thousands of others do it right.

I would not give this app any stars but you can't comment without at least one. The app is half-baked and while they collect personal data (date of birth, mobile number and name) we're asked to keep the app on our phone and repeatedly search for our location once you get your POS system up to speed to accept app orders at all locations. Cart before the horse. Bad business model.

Trying to order, and it seems they haven't finished making this app. Giving options on the BBQ platter to substitute OUT items, but no way to choose what they substitute back in. Another section says side change , $.25, .75, and .50, but doesn't list any sides you are changing. Also, it doesn't seem to remember any location, or have a button/option to select a favorite store to default to. Like, have the developers and restaurant employees tried using this thing?
