This app is designed for both contractors and homeowners. It's easy to use, whether for one-time or multiple use.
For homeowners, the best option is to order a project from us (an expert project) without having to understand the intricacies of using editors.
Contractors get maximum efficiency with a subscription. An annual subscription is half the price of a monthly one.
You can also pay for just one project and draw it yourself (DIY project).
User flow:
1. Project creation: Enter the address, select an image (a photo from your drone or a Google aerial photo).
2. Payment (if you don't have a subscription).
3. Drawing roof contours. (Use touch combinations or smart drawing).
4. Checking and adding roof elements.
5. Slope. (Google Street View. Intelligent slope expansion or contraction).
6. Smart Gutter. Adding downspouts to the drawing.
7. Wall. Indication of the given minimal heights.
8. Marking out empty areas (windows, doors).
9. Selecting of materials (roof and gutters only).
10. Indication of quantity and cost of selected materials.
11. Generating measurement reports or invoices.

The app even works on my rather old phone. Two images from Google and Bing Maps allow you to choose the best-quality satellite image. Unlike other similar apps, it has a number of features for working with low-quality images. This allows for more accurate roof measurements. The new features make it possible to take roof and gutter measurements even faster, saving time. It's the lowest price on the market for roof measurement software, and it even includes gutter measurements at no extra charge.

Misleading app. it doesn't do any measuring. it has you sign up, then tries to post some sketchy advertisement for you to find customers all very sketchy. dont trust it.

Improvments being made, there's a bit of work for it to be commercially viable for large teams but overall solid and for the price there's really no competition
