DAEMON is a pure text idle game set inside a terminal. No graphics. No images. Just a command line, a growing network, and a detection meter that is always climbing.
You start with a single compromised machine and a manual scan command. Within seconds you own your first node. Within minutes you are running a network. Within hours you are managing an infrastructure that spans satellite uplinks and industrial control systems, and deciding how far you can push before someone traces it back to you.
THE CORE TENSION
Most idle games ask you to wait and buy. DAEMON asks you a harder question every single session: how long do you keep going before you burn it all down.
Every cycle you generate raises your Heat. Heat is detection, and detection is the end of your network. Push your aggression slider high and production doubles, but so does exposure. Throttle it back and you stay invisible while your growth crawls.
You can pull the plug yourself at any moment. The closer you cut it to the edge, the bigger your reward. Wait too long and the takedown happens without you, and you keep far less. That single decision is what turns a number going up into an actual game.
BUILT TO LAST MONTHS, NOT DAYS
Bigger numbers hold a player for a week. New rules hold them for months. DAEMON opens six distinct stages, and each one changes how the game is played rather than just how fast it counts.
Stage one is a single resource and one button. Then Heat arrives and everything you thought you were doing changes shape. Then node specialization, where every machine you own has to be assigned between computing, harvesting and suppression. Then the underground market, rival botnets contesting your territory, and full automation. Then ascension, persistent infrastructure that survives every reset, and challenge runs that force you back through the early game under brutal modifiers. Then autonomy, where you stop playing the network and start writing the rules it follows without you.
WHAT YOU GET
Eight tiers of nodes, from IoT devices to satellite uplinks
A five branch exploit tree bought with harvested data
An aggression system that makes risk a live decision, not a menu
Two full prestige layers with permanent progression
Offline progress, where your Heat cools faster than it does while you play
A live scrolling terminal feed that makes the whole network feel alive
Bulk buy, full automation, and no forced tapping past the opening minutes
NO ADS. NO PURCHASES. NO INTERNET.
DAEMON has no advertising, no in app purchases, no timers you can pay to skip, and no account to create. It requests no network permission at all, which means it cannot send anything anywhere, and it will not stop working when you lose signal. Your save stays on your device.
This is not the standard idle game business model, and that is the point.
FOR PLAYERS WHO LIKE SYSTEMS
If you have ever lost a week to an incremental with real mechanical depth, or you just like the look of a terminal at 2am, DAEMON is built for you. It rewards planning over patience and gives you something worth thinking about every time you open it.
Note: DAEMON is a work of fiction. It is a simulation game and contains no real tools, no real exploits, and no functionality of any kind that interacts with any network or device. Nothing in this app does anything outside of the game
Idle hacker terminal. Grow a botnet, evade detection. No ads, fully offline
