PREPARATION WITH PLANNED QUANTITIES
Before you start, tell PizzaOS how many pizzas of each type you’re making. It checks total stock, warns if anything is missing, and then guides you step by step through every single pizza. Each step shows the ingredient, exact quantity, and a big button to move forward-stock is deducted automatically so your inventory is always up to date.

COST CONTROL & REVENUE
A dedicated screen tracks your food cost per pizza, total batch cost, and potential revenue. See your gross margin, compare recipes, and analyse past production batches. Know exactly how profitable each Margherita or Diavola is.

RECIPE MANAGEMENT & LIVE COOKING
