Worked amazingly for about 10 mos. Then started getting "stuck" and not recognizing where it was stopped. Tried everything. Uninstaller, reinstall, clear cache, etc. Now we just keep it unplugged because the slide won't move. It's stuck all the way right (open). For the price I feel like we should have gotten more than a year from it. Would not recommend unless they make the warranty longer or there were new brands on the market.

Has been pretty consistent and reliable for at least 2 years. Some minor glitches with mobility.

Give us an option to add a delay into the door open. dog casually walks by and the door opens every time. confuses the dog
