Worked amazingly for about 10 mos. Then started getting "stuck" and not recognizing where it was stopped. Tried everything. Uninstaller, reinstall, clear cache, etc. Now we just keep it unplugged because the slide won't move. It's stuck all the way right (open). For the price I feel like we should have gotten more than a year from it. Would not recommend unless they make the warranty longer or there were new brands on the market.

The door works great, the pet collar works, app not so much. now when you go to change the settings for the collar, the button sits right over thr controls to open the door. Now its very difficult to open the collar setting without opening the door in the new app version. collar sensitive is bad. lowest setting, dog has to be right in front of antenna, Lvl2 door opens 15 feet away. Update: apps has been fixed, works great now

Its tough to review the app without also reviewing the slyder itself. After hearing a noise downstairs while the dog was already on the bed, I went down and found a raccoon staring at me from the kitchen, I needed a different solution than a regular dog door. this has been a game changer for us. the app is pretty basic but does the trick. the opener is mostly reliable but its hard to get a good latch in the door and sometimes just stops working. support has been great at resolving issues.
