Worked amazingly for about 10 mos. Then started getting "stuck" and not recognizing where it was stopped. Tried everything. Uninstaller, reinstall, clear cache, etc. Now we just keep it unplugged because the slide won't move. It's stuck all the way right (open). For the price I feel like we should have gotten more than a year from it. Would not recommend unless they make the warranty longer or there were new brands on the market.

Its tough to review the app without also reviewing the slyder itself. After hearing a noise downstairs while the dog was already on the bed, I went down and found a raccoon staring at me from the kitchen, I needed a different solution than a regular dog door. this has been a game changer for us. the app is pretty basic but does the trick. the opener is mostly reliable but its hard to get a good latch in the door and sometimes just stops working. support has been great at resolving issues.

Works well and very easy to use. I do wish that the pet activation would not be triggered if the door is already open, even if its not open to the % set for the pet. Other wise very intuitive.
