About this app

i-SuperApp@LTA is an application that connects and manages logistics activities within the LTA ecosystem, for customers, drivers, carriers, and depot operators.

The application supports account registration and verification using ID card, NFC, and facial recognition; creating, tracking, and managing Gate IN/Gate OUT orders; searching for containers, depots, shipping lines, B/L numbers, and order status; managing vehicles, drivers, and vehicle assignments; signing EIRs, scanning QR codes, and verifying transactions at depots; tracking payments, refunds, and using the OneStop wallet utility; managing pending orders, receiving notifications, offers, and vouchers. The application supports Vietnamese, English, and Khmer languages.

Access permissions are used only in context. Camera access is only requested when the user proactively performs eKYC, scans ID card/QR code, or performs facial recognition. Location verification is only required for operations requiring distance verification, such as Depot, Gate IN/Gate OUT, or order activation. NFC is only used on supported devices when the user selects chip-based ID authentication.

If a user denies a permission, unrelated features will continue to function. Some features are displayed depending on the account type, transport unit, Depot, and granted permissions.
