Trouble making Before was much easier Now 1in 10 transaction will get through Made it very complicated Can't pay by direct transfer from the bank as it's asking a code which i have to go back to bank app. But moneyTo app is aking to not go out of the app too. Otherwise I have to enter the transaction details all over again from the start But my bank passcode is available for 30sec only. So impossible to make a transaction Why you made it so complicated Unbelievable

Don't work. I have suffered to upload ID document. It uploads all and says we need little more time to confirm. I tried 4 times within a month, i will try no more ! Sort your app, btw, i am using Samsung Galaxy phone. If i cannot use it what good is it ? Why do U need ID while it comes out of my Bank account and put it in someone else's Bank account in Nepal ??

There was a small error during the registration of the firs transaction, but the customers service contacted me very quickly and offered their help. The operator spoke in my native language and she was very polite. My problem was solved and the money transfer arrived on my parents card in 5 minutes! I'm very satisfied with their service and I strongly recommend it.
