I've had a really good experience using the L&T finaceapp! It's super convenient and saves a lot of time without needing to deal with brokers or extra fees. Overall, it's a smart, hassle-free way to find a home!

⭐ 1/5 Very poor experience with L&T Finance. My EMI due date is on the 3rd, but I paid it on the 2nd. Even after successful payment, the app did not update the records and still attempted another auto-debit from my bank account. Fortunately, I had withdrawn the balance, otherwise the amount could have been deducted twice. This is not the first time; it happens repeatedly. Other finance apps update payments quickly, but L&T Finance is extremely slow and unreliable. Worst finance app.

⭐ 1 Star Very poor experience. I have never missed or bounced an EMI, yet I keep receiving multiple reminder calls before the due date. Even after enabling call blocking in the app and complaining to customer care, the calls continue. Extremely frustrating and disappointing customer service. *NOT RECOMMENDED*
