They are Fraud. Their agents are bad, plus if somebody is new to loan things they add an extra amount in the loan amount. couple of concerns raised but no response. My issue is still open. Don't trust them. Fraud ,................ I have raised many concerns. If you think you are providing help. That is not the case. please go to your system and check

very very very very worst experience I have ever seen, i settled the amount 6 months back and I paid for NOC 5000 rupees and they promised me they will close my a/c and I will get my NOC within 15 day but still my a/c is open and I have been getting calls from different numbers and they saying I need to pay amount, every time i have to prove them that I already paid the amount and I have to sent paid amount screen short, and they will say ok sir we will close it. i am very tired from this.

Worst experience ever. This app and service feel like a complete scam in the name of banking. I made a part-payment almost a month ago and they still have not updated it in my loan account. They take the money but don’t reflect it on time, which raises serious questions about their honesty and system. Customer service is useless. No proper response, no solution, only auto-generated emails. Nobody takes ownership, nobody cares. The app also shows wrong loan details and fake part-payment options
