Very friendly and helpful. The building was spacious and comfortable, not crowded at all.

Locked out after a few attempts and I have to reset my password after I just updated it. Annoying.

If you were on the old app, go to luanas website to login to your online banking first or you won't be able to log onto the app....wish the app would have said something like that.
