Welcome to the new Luce e Gas Italia app, dedicated to customers with electricity and/or natural gas supplies.

CUSTOMER AREA INTEGRATED BETWEEN THE APP AND THE WEBSITE
Create an account in just a few steps: enter the email address you used to sign up for the contract and
follow the next few steps. All Customer Codes containing this email address will
automatically be associated with the same account.
Remember: you can register either from the web Customer Area (https://areaclienti.luceegasitalia.it) or
from the app. Once registered, you can access your account from any device with the credentials you
generated.
If you don't yet have electricity or gas supplies with us, you can create an account as soon as
at least one meter is activated: we'll send you the link to register via email, or you can do it yourself.

CHECK YOUR BILLS AND MANAGE YOUR SUPPLIES
Keep track of all your active energy and gas supplies. Through the app, you can:
- view your personal information and technical data;
- view a list of your bills and download them in digital format;
- check your consumption history;
- check payment status and pay bills via Nexi;
- share your gas meter readings.
