This is Jerome’s translation of the Greek and Hebrew Scriptures into Latin. It was recognized as authoritative during the Council of Trent (1546). It includes a Latin introduction, and expanded Apocrypha: Psalm 151, Epistle to the Laodiceans, 3 & 4 Esdras, and the Prayer of Manasses.

My daily verse arrives and then goes nuts; I start to read, then it cycles through 50 or 60 verses at speed, and I end up not being able to read any of them. It's a great app for reading and looking up scriptural texts but this one flaw is disappointing.

The bible is accurate and easy to navigate. However, something is wrong with the "daily verse", I keep getting verses that don't exist (like Baruch 29:13, which doesn't exist)

Great app overall, but the explanation of how to search in the search tab could use some improvement. What I would really like also is the ability to pay to remove ads.
