Update to my update. I am using the okin comfort bed 2 app now because this app does not work. All functions work great. It is on the app store. Hope this helps anyone having issues with this app. Update. Still the same problem. Please fix this app. Connects but no control. I love the l600 base and it works great with the included remote, but my samsung galaxy note 10+ will not control any of the functions once connected.

The alarm feature is the biggest component this app provides, but it's such a let down. Why can we only enable one alarm at a time? Turning on one alarm disables the others. Frustrating! Update: two and a half years later and that feature still hasn't been added. The only difference is that the app forgets the base every few weeks now. I'd give zero stars if I could.

My remote was damaged beyond recognition. Tried to reconnect my app to the base, got nothing. Contacted the company via text bot asking about how to get a new remote, was sent a bill for $82.00. Finally spoke with a person, she justified the price saying there was a lot of features, after explaining several times what was wrong she sent set up directions for me to pair my base to the app, the exact same as I had been doing, my base is now a very expensive and useless object.
