Hate it! When I open the app, it only defaults to New York locations and I am no where near New York. I am unable to order from Singapore and I am at the Zhongshan Mall location, theres a luckin coffee right in front of me and the app defaults to New York locations. I went to settings to change country and the app does not allow me to change location settings. That is the biggest failure Ive ever seen in a food app. I can order from McDonald's app, Starbucks app no prob.This app is useless.

they have to add a saved location feature. I have wasted 20 dollars because I didn't realize I was ordering from a location 10 blocks away and I have to get to work so I can't do that walk. stupid design

app is easy to use and I'm glad I found it because this is the best cup of coffee I've had in a good long while. Install this app and find a location (my fave is 52nd & Madison) your first cup is deep discounted!
