I just want coffee. I dont want to download an app to place an order, navigate the menu and all its pop ups, try to place an order, subtly type in my payment credentials in a public place, because I am told at the register this is the only way, fail to type my payment, get the account locked, just to get a single cup of coffee. its so cumbersome. maybe its good to get people to come back, but as a new customer im out.

Probably the worse app I've ever used. 15 mintutes to setup, asked for email 3 times, phone number 2, sent a total of 4 different codes durimg setup, and then doesn't work at all after all the trouble: no menu comes up, location service (on) can't find me, and coupons are not recognized. Apparently if you're a U.S. citizen trying to buy Luckin in Kuala Lumpur they want you to just go to Starbucks instead. Ok, I will.
